Physical Requirements

The following are general physical requirements for Men attending any SCARS course.

1.    7     Pull-ups    In 60 seconds (hands over or under)

2. 35     Push-ups  In 60 seconds

3. 50     Sit-ups      In 120 seconds (knees bent, full sit-up, chest to knees)

4. 25     Half squats (knees bent to 90% and then up) And a 25 yard sprint in 60 seconds
